tomorrow i am going to guitar center to pick up my new amp its either going to be a workingman's 15 from SWR or the Ampeg BA-210SP, i really like SWR but the 220 watts and 2x10 sound really appealing to me, what do you guys think. I play music like STP, Incubus etc.
    thanks

Since you're going there to buy one or the other, why not just spend a while on both, and then decide which you like best?

I prefer the SWR sound...Ampeg is great, but IMO sounds a little gritty...not as versatile...but as suggested, try a little time on both and see which one suits your needs best!
