SOLD SX 5-String Bass, Jazz type - needs pickups $180

PRICE DROP TO $180 - need this gone!

I bought this intending to install pickups, knobs and strings, but realized I have too many projects and won't get to it any time soon, so I'm passing it along to someone else who will use it. This is a 5-string SX (Essex) Jazz Bass, in really excellent condition, striking blue color with a nice vintage tint neck. It has a high mass bridge (someone suggested this might be an upgrade, but others have said it looks original). String spacing at the bridge looks like 16.5 mm. Just needs the pickups, knobs and strings.

SX isn't listing a lot of basses these days so if you wanted an SX fiver, this is your opportunity to get one. Price drop to $180 shipped east of the Mississippi, if you're west of the Mississippi I'll ask you to chip in $25 for shipping.

The bridge pickup route is longer. Neck pickguard opening is 3-3/4", bridge pickup route is 1/16 longer (3-13/16")
