You know how Fender and G&L and just about every other company has a "store" online where you can buy T-shirts and coffee mugs and stuff? I think there needs to be talkbass store online.

If enough of us pre-ordered (paid in advance, of course) maybe we could get some talkbass tees going. I would also like a coffee mug.

    I agree.
But please! Direct Credit Cards ! No Paypal Stuff, please make it direct, trough a YAhoo Store or watever.

I cant use PayPal, I cant send a money order (costs too much) , I cant Wire Transfer. Please use Direct Credit Card Acceptance and I will become suporting and buy some stuff.

Well, there is a place where you can (at least could) buy TalkBass merchandise, such as T-shirts, Mousepads, mugs and other kinky stuff. Contact Paul for details.

Of course, contributing $60 to TalkBass gets you a supporting membership AND a T-shirt.:)

I think that offer ended some time ago.

But some Talkbass swag would be cool.

Maybe some talented TBers can design something?

I tought that the t-shirt design was a little bland (sorry Paul!).

  6. That's what I thought too, JMX. A bass clef just doesn't get it, for me anyway. And with "talkbass.com" on it, I would be worried that every goober with a john boat and a six of beer would want to know about it......"So, whatchew like t'use fer smallmouths - live jig or rubber worms???"

I submitted a design when Paul had the contest. But in retrospect, it was too esoteric. Catchy logos are tough to come up with.

In fact, most of the apparel I've seen from bass gear companies doesn't float my boat, (Ernie Ball and Marshall being the exceptions).

there used to be some shirts on Cafepress.com for talkbass (I bought one with the "Got Bass?" logo on the front and Talkbass.com on the back - I am even wearing it on my bands website in the members page). I talked to Paul about this the other day in chat and he is preparing to get some talkbass gear together at some point. I think he'll give us notice when he does.
