Just added this playlist to my Spotify library and loving it.

I'm half of a duo with a singer/songwriter (Stuart James Wright) who has quite a few tracks on Spotify but he recorded them all before I came on board plus they are so different to how we play them they could almost be different songs (huge orchestral arrangements instead of a live guitar bass duo).

The only songs on Spotify that I am playing on are a few covers that were live streams to Facebook which don't fall within the scope of this thread.

I wasn't sure how it would work out with all the different genres in one play list, but I like it. It gets me listening to some music that I would normally not listen to. Nothing wrong with expanding your horizons IMO.

I set it on shuffle about an hour ago and so far there is only one that I almost skipped.

As you say expanding horizons is a good thing.

Great idea!

Here's my stuff so far. I haven't really bothered with a band name or a site, but I ventured my stuff on the streams in September. Two EP:s so far, and two more in the prepping phase. It's a bit of a learning curve, so in retrospect I can see lots of room for improvement.

Just tuned into the Spotify playlist, hit shuffle, and this came on. The drum and bass a little past half-way made my arm cramp from just listening to it!

Not since they modified the editing window. Odds are the only way would be to ask a mod each time you'd want to make an update - unless there's a way that mods can make certain posts editable indefinitely.
