Tapping Patterns?

hey

anyone out there, know any tapping patterns, like you fret a high c on g, and hammer-on d#, and tap the octave of high c

it'd kinda look like this: (in tab)

anyways, i know Billy Sheehan (the tapping master, IMHO) and Stu Hamm use various harmonizing tapping patterns, like double stop, and such. I mean, Billy even does the cross-hand tapping, how he does it....I don't know!

Anyways, your help would be greatly appreciated.
