here's what i made... 4 courses, served through the day, rather than gorging at once.. #1 Tomato Bisque w/ Prosciutto served in a breadbowl. #2 Apple, Cucumber and Prosciutto salad w/ Honey Mustard Dressing. Served in the hollowed out apple. #3 Smoked Gouda Mashed potatoes, Turkey Breast w/ Pinnaple Mango Glaze, Half Ham with the same Glaze. #4 Good 'ol Apple pie. What did you guys do???
