TB chemists opinion

    Does anybody know if polyethylene foam will eat nitrocellulose lacquer? I know PVC and such will. Reason I am asking is the possibility of lining DIY stands with pipe insulation..

    Polyethlene won't. The offgassing solvents will.

    Find leather or suede for contact points.
