what are the guidelines for "noise"? we talking has to make Merzbow turn down the volume? all bass sequenced? or okay to use non-bass sources for beats?

woot! an excuse to use a bunch of the stuff my bandmate hates!

 

Check out the two earlier volumes for reference. There's no rules, though.

 

cool. is there a download site? i'd love to hear what everybody submitted.

I'm interested but is there some sort of "tryout" for this comp? Like will the songs be judged first and whatever is good makes the cut?
