That's interesting. the design looks like their bass boost chorus pedal.

Looks to have all the required controls. Hopefully the sound is there too.

Anyone heard anything about when these might be hitting the shelves? I'm seriously itching to try one!
  8. I'll definitely try one when its released but no doubt it'll be very expensive (like the Bass Boost Chorus)- however I expect the B3K is still alot more than what the Bass Boost Fuzz will be and Darkglass are hardly struggling for sales :)

The list price will be around $195. They should be available in April.

sorry, after some investigation I know it's out, because it's online at sweetwater and in the new musiciansfriend catalog
  12. So, has anyone ordered/received one yet?:)
  13. Would love to hear this! Heading off to youtube now...
  14. That's going to be a lonely, one-way mission.

    Good luck!

  15. Not totally sold on the tone he gets in those videos, but I'd love to try one for myself!
  16. And now I feel like a dum-dum for not clicking on those before:oops:

I agree about the sound. They sure talk a LOT about the clean blend....haha.

Agreed, although the crappy mic deserves a lot of the blame.

    I'm intrigued.
  18. Certainly. And I'm pretty sure the bass used in the videos is pretty different than what I use, and I play pretty heavy with a pick which is what sounds best with fuzz to me. The concept of the pedal is spot on though, seems like it would have everything I'd need, and the guitar version sounded great, so, if it is as it would seem - the bass version is just the same thing tweaked for bass - I'd say it has a lot of potential.
  19. Pre-ordered one from Sweetwater... according to their site they're getting another shipment in.
  20. I've been told that the shipment of these pedals is expected to come in next tuesday, the 3rd. I don't have a good way to record clips, but I'll post my impressions when I try the pedal out. Also ordered a Roto Choir in the meantime.
