I use mine all the time. If you do a search for sansamp, or BDDI, you will find TONS of users and info.
  3. +1 in each and every respect. ;)

Would you recommend the Sansamp BDDI or RBI for giving a thick sound? I like a full round sound and was wondering if the sansamp's would give me that warmth sound evenly on all 4 strings

YES! meaning both units are right for this.
  9. I just run my Kubicki into the BDDI to get my sound in church; I barely even use an amp anymore. I want the new programmable one though.

I used the BDDI in front of a no-name Australian ss amp for years, it became my sound. Now I use the RBI as the main pre-amp in my rack. I love the things - the sound is great, and you can't beat them for convenience or price.

Don't really need a DI cause I use the DI out on my GK head... does me fine. If I'm working without my rig, hopefully I'll have a Sansamp.

Almost as good as a tube preamp, and a lot more portable
