    I had an issue with my used VT where the LED wasn't very bright. I emailed support and got an answer in 1 business day and they offered to fix it or send me a new LED. They didn't even ask if I bought new or had a warranty.

    Just wanted to give credit where it's due.

  2. That's good to hear! My VTD that I bought new has very dim LED's. I think I'll drop them an email.
