Tell me if this is a good trade

I am talking to a guy about trading him my modified SX p/j bass for an early 70s 4x12 SUNN cabinet.

    mods to my SX:

    bone nut
    new electronics/jack
Seymour Duncan 1/4 pounder P and Jazz pickups
got rid of the headstock logo, shot it with amber lacquer
full fret levelling, dressing by a pro luthier

    SUNN cabinet is apparently all-original.

so, what do you think? Good trade or is one of losing on the deal?

Do you have a pressing need or desire for a 30+ year old cabinet, and do you have a head that would match it well?.

Do you need or desire said cabinet more than you need or desire the bass that you've clearly put some money, thought and time into?

Cashwise, it might be a good deal for you, but you might need to factor in getting the speakers reconed.

I don't have a pressing need for a cab, no.

I bought the bass, fixed it up, then immediately came across an 83 US p-bass in almost perfect condition with a case for $200, so I don't really use the SX... I am keeping a lookout for sunn heads here, but this guy contacted me about the cabinet and asked if I had anything to trade for it.

what would be a fair cash price on the cabinet??
