If Celis was still in Austin, they'd probably be my favorite brewery. but at least they live on up in michigan.
Well let's see. I was born in Wichita Falls, raised in Saginaw, Ft Worth, Burleson, Seguin(for a little while)and Arlington. I'v eonly lived outside Texas while made to by the Navy. I've played bass for 29 years, a few of that professionally. Are there other conditions? I think I should qualify for a 'Texas Bassist Club'. How 'bout a number?
Im In Texas born and raised i even play bass Im located about a mile and a half from East Field College.
Oh! Oh! I want to be in the Canadian mariachi trumpet players club too! I used to play trumpet and I've been to Canada. I dated a mariachi violinist back in the '80's am I close enough? What?
Bard2Bone, I read your post, and then your signature quote thing, and laughed my ass off! That most definitely would be a club of honor!
Whew! That's good, because I don't want to be disqualified. ...Especially after that whole incident just outside of Manitoba with me losing the mariachi outfit and the moose probably still has my trumpet lodged in his horns. ...Which means I'm officially NOT a Canadian mariachi trumpet player. But I do play bass here in In DFW.
Will I be disqualified if I once dated a Canadian? He wasn't in a mariachi band! And he did go back home...wheat harvest, eh. Cherie
I'm assuming that I'm the only Deep South Texas bass player here?? Everybody's from up north Texas where I used to live...
Lots of Houstonians showing you. Also, on the note of St Arnold, I've never had it, but we sell a lot of it at my work, so I imagine it's decent. We had the Christmas Stout on tap for awhile, that's an incredibly dark beer.
