I like it. Simple, classy and should age well.

I like it too, but I would keep that bass clef. I think that's a cool touch.

I like it a lot. I'm not the biggest fan of the name, but since that's not up for debate at this point, at least the logo looks really good.

I thought the name was clever..

    Vintage + Aged = Vintaged

How do you pronounce it? Vint-Aged? Or Vintage with a d on the end (like past-tense of Vintage if it were a verb)?

  6. Nice, very nice!

hahaha vintage with a d on the end is how I pronounce it since thats how it reads.

But it was just a play on words with vintage and aged.

Thanks for the replies guys, I love this place,

Here is the first full shot with the logo, this is my personal bass, its just a refinish..

The decal looks very nice. I think the bass clef would look nice incorporated into it the lettering somehow, and as Darkstrike said, maybe a treble clef on your guitars! But its classy the way it is.

Just out of curiosity, do you keep (or plan to) the serial number of all your builds, along with info on what they were, spec wise? Might be worth doing, even if someone dosn't want the decal applied, an identifying serial number might be handy to have.

Keeping it in the neck pocket might work.

...and now the price for your pre-logo instruments has just taken a leap skyward. :D

I think a smaller bass clef on the basses and a small treble clef on guitars would be a neat touch.

    Ah right, good idea.

The basses all look exceptional anyway. Good to know there are still people who build instruments with more skill than the machines that the big companies employ!

How about using the left "leg" of the "V" off, and using the bass clef as that leg?
