Thanksgiving dinner stuff

    I just took the turkey out of the smoker and it's cooling....I've stripped off most of the skin, blackened from 5 hours in the smoker. I brine the turkey overnight in a solution with salt and brown sugar, and some maple sugar added.

    And my daughter (nutrition major in college) made chocolate bourbon pecan pie!
