Dude! Where did you get a "cents" symbol? That's great! I thought it went the way of the typewriter. I miss the little guy.
Hold the ALT key and type 0162 ¢ For any of dozens of different characters, open Character Map in Windows. You can either copy and paste special characters, or if you click on one the Alt+ keyboard shortcut is shown in the lower right corner.
I knew there had to be an ASCII code for it, but had never bothered to look for it. Fortunately, I'm a Mac guy. Better all around, but of course, that's just my 2¢. Thanks! I'm going to overuse that until it gets old now! -tk
