The bass mic's?

    Hi, I just wanna know exactly how the bass mic's works if someone please can tell me. =)

    You need to be a little more specific. A mic placed on a bass speaker works the exact way as anyother mic. Usually the better mic's for bass are the ones most commonly used for bass drum as well. The air movement past the diaphram is a big factor in which mic you choose. AKG D112 or Shure Beta 52/PG 52's are the general choices. There are dozens of Mic's out there you can use, a SM 57 would be ok too. If you want the best sound you could get though use a AKG D112 or the like. :bag:

    Are you perhaps talking about the pickups? The little electronic gizmos on your bass that send the sound to your amp? Or are you talking about a physical external microphone?

    Perhaps a question lost in translation, just trying to clear up.
