The Butterfly effect

Discussion in 'Off Topic [BG]' started by IAMERICCOCHRANE, Jan 25, 2004.

  1. I saw this tonight and I can officially say that I am freaked out. It was a GREAT movie, but leaves you shaking when you leave the theater. I mean its not a horror film the likes of The Ring or The Exorcist, but it was that level of freaky none the less.

It is about a kid with a messed up past who later in his life finds out that he can go back and change events that occured, but the problem is is that everytime he does, something horrible goes wrong.

It isn't gory, no nudity (well one part has nudity) and isn't filled with cuss words. Just some of the scenes shake you up pretty well.

Go see this movie, it is now one of my all time favorites. Aston Kutcher redeems himself tenfold from the cinema horror that was Dude, wheres my car?

That train wreck that was "Just Married"
  14. Ah yes, that's the one.
  15. I agree. It was a very thought-provoking movie, and was well made.

It gave me a whole lot to think about. I loved it.

The reviewers can easily tear it apart because alot of it didn't make sense, but then they've missed the point, or chose to ignore it because they get paid to write negative reviews.
