Feel free to join. Membership is free (though PLEASE feel free to give me money), and hopefully, someday, all members can get together and hit an open E together.

  2. Here's a question:

If "THRAK" is, in Robert Fripp's definition, the sound of 117 guitarists down-strumming an open C major chord in New Standard Tuning (CGDAEG) in unison, what is the sound of the equivalent number of bassists playing an open low E?

You can't even begin to imagine. I don't think it would translate into letters. I would think it would resemble the mythical brown note.

What is the Church of the Bass' take on Free Masons?

The Church of the Bass doesn't care if you are a Free Mason or an Imprisoned Mason. No matter, what their current state, all Masons are welcome. We need bricklayers.
