The cold weather is comming..

  1. living in Canada the weather can get mighty cold... so other than the strings detuning, what else can the cold do to my basses?

    Quick temperature changes can warp your neck. Nothing a good tech can't take care of though. Also, if you play upright or a hollow-bodied instrument, you may have to worry about the wood getting too dry and cracking.

    Ah yes, and for them Canadian outdoor gigs, well, getting ice and snow in the electronics can lead to a short :p
