    I am chartering a new club to any and all. This if for the TBer who is not afraid to admit they rock a combo as their Main rig. I realize that there are separate threads for Fender and Walkabout out there.

    Let us unite in the face of massive prejudice. let them respect our numbers if they cannot understand that our gear works for us.!!

    The only requirement for this club is pride in combo ownership. No bashing brands.....if it works for you welcome to the club!! PICS OF COURSE.

    While I own the Genz Benz rig in my avatar I play most my gigs with my Shuttle6.0/12tcombo.

    So - "main rig" - does that mean "what you actually play through the most" or "what you would bring to a gig if you actually had a gig" If the former, I'm in: PJB Briefcase is what I mostly use these days, also have a Crate Bass Bus, and an old Ampeg B15N for that certain sound. Everything else qualifies as a "big rig"...

    I guess it needs to be your main rig....gig worthy in your eyes and ears.

    My rig is extremely simple and portable, sounds great and yet loud enough for nearly any stage ill ever play:

    Bass => Diamond Compressor=> GK MB212-ii.

    The bass is either a 77 Jazz (pic) or more recently an Am. Honey P, the combo is a full 500 watts, light weight and can get very loud, Ive never had it up past 23-30%. I love being able to set up and be ready in 15 min.

    I'm serious about this were you making a joke or did my picture not show. I have never tried to post a picture here before. I know I kind of screwed it up.

    That is what the Genz benz combos look like. You can remove the head to use with different speaker cabs. Shuttle Series | GENZ BENZ

    I missed the prejudice. 99% say to use what works. They'll give an opinion as to what they might use, but if it works, it works.

    It's not really fair to call it the previous model either. The Shuttle .2 and Focus combos were both out at the same time.

    I've got a Shuttle 6.2-12T combo. I use it for small gigs, band rehearsals, practice at home, and anything else I can use it for. It's not my main rig though...

    Same time as the Contour Combo? I have a focus extension......same drivers. Many TBers practice with combos....looking for the brave souls who gig em more or less exclusively!
