The creepiest video that I've ever put together...

The first video/single from the upcoming third album from my band Structural Disorder is finally released. I directed/edited the video (with co-direction from my fellow band mates, of course!). It turned out WAY creepier than I thought it would in the first place...

Used my Yamaha Attitude LTD3 along with the Darkglass B7k Ultra and the Line 6 Helix LT for the bass tone. Turned out pretty heavy, imho! :)

Not really my sort of music, but I do like this.
The video is very well done...I didn't find it creepy at all.

I have to ask...is the accordion a regular feature of the band? It's certainly not something you see often in your style of music.

Yup, it sure is! Johannes is actually the one responsible for pretty much all of the synthesiser sounds that you hear in our music! We actually did a video on it a while back, since we (understandably) kept getting the question :)

I liked the off-time signature, as well as superimposing the movement of one video over a 'still' subject... did you remove frames, also (erratic band member motion)?

In a way - we filmed to the song being played at half speed, so when it was sped up we got these erratic movements :)

Beautiful... very progressive (lots of notes). David Lynch used allot of that motion stuff on Twin Peaks last year, it's cool. The Only too dark or disturbing thing is the bassist. The most extreme expressions (for what? it's non-sequiter) and effects used on him and he seems to be disconnected and perhaps psychotic.

  16. Excellent! It has a Porcupine Tree vibe to it that I really, really dig. Great job!

Very nice Erik - bass mix is a little light ;). Your bass work is awesome - should be a little more forward in the mix - not that I'm biased or anything...

I'm subbed on your youtube channel also - question. Does the helix not give a good B7K emulation?

Great work! Both the music and the video! I didn't think it was creepy at all.

Is Structural Disorder official website still the correct web site? It seems a bit dated.
