I for got to mention this in my other post yesterday, but the D string on my new bass is buzzing at the 1st fret. I thought maybe adjusting the saddle on the bridge would help but it made it worse it seems. So what do I do about this? Thanks

  2. f the strings are adjusted too high, fretless notes lose their characteristic "buzz".

When the strings are adjusted too low, the extra "buzz" chokes the note and doesn't let it "breathe"

    Follow these instructions.
