I think one of the ultimate driving songs for me is Speed by Steve Vai.

I am not even sure if that is the real name of the song really, I have not found that song title on any of his albums but I have an mp3 of it that my friend gave me and that was the title on it.

Depends on the distance. For the 3 meter, I usually don't bother. On the 10 meter, I can maybe squeeze in "Short But Sweet" by M.O.D.

High diving, why frowned upon by your local authorities, is a different scenario altogether. I prefer Bob Marley.
