  4. Unable to make a Rickenbacker is better than what it takes RIC. Good Rickenbacker - it's a real Rickenbacker.

  5. Tony obviously liked the bass enough to invest the money in a piccolo conversion. There's a pic of him back in the day with what I assume is the bass before (and an Afro).

    Right? I thought it WAS a 4004. Wonder what the price tag was for that overhaul?
