Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by Abluesbassist, Aug 29, 2003.

  1. Hey guys i was just thinking aboput how great my 73 pbass is and was wondering if anyone else had one. it seems that 1973 was a special year for pbasses. after that year the used a different neck shape and moved the "thumb" rest to the bass side. any one else know what they did different before or after ????

I thought mine was a '73, based on the pot codes and the serial number. Then I pulled the pickups and found that they were dated '74. Oh well.
