    Not too shocking! Like him or not, he's certainly one of today's 'bass heroes' and it's not too surprising to see him win a popular vote amongst a bass-playing demographic. Michael League being up there is likewise not much of a surprise. Personally, I think they're great players.
     
  4. I'd vote for Michael. I've never seen him lay down technically flashy or fast riffs, but man, he just always keeps a solid foundation running throughout the seemingly fluid time in Snarky Puppy's tunes. He also wears a "bass face" that says "I love the music"!

    Is the hotness based on sales? I see Joe, Michael, and the guy who sometimes plays with Knower, Sam Wilkes in the same league. I think Bass magazines poll was a bit shallow.:cool:
