    What a stupidly swingin song. The bassline is sooooooooooo bouncy and bottom-heavy. Who's on bass? Chuck Rainey? Just wondering.

    No wonder it's used in commercials and sampled by hip hop artists.

    I don't know who played bass on the track, but it was written and sung by Ja'net DuBois. She was the woman who played "Wilona" on the TV series Good Times.
