    This will be the highest serial numbered B1four, of those with Lee Barker's thumbprints on them, anyway.

    Beautiful flowing subtleties in the grain--the picture gives you a hint of that.

    This is the tried and true combination of woods: cherry front, alder core and alder back. The one that sparked all that talk about the tone when we introduced these basses back in '03.

    But wait, there's more! Carey Nordstrand's fine pickups are hunkered in this beauty. The result? Best I can say, more of everything!
