  2. i think that if it was a revolutionary bass, they would charge more than 52 bucks for it

That is actually pretty cool. If it doesn't get too outrageously high (which I think it will with 9 days left), it might be fun to score that bass!

  8. I'm sure it has assloads of sustain due to the large bridge...

Those look like EMG's maybe. Has somewhat of a Silvertone shape to it how it comes to a point at the bottom, and it's a flamming bass. If it was something that special you wouldn't see it there for that cheap.....

"Buy this bass. We won't even show you the entire body, and forget about the headstock. You can guess what the electronics are. Just trust us, it's real cool!"

BTW resting the bridge saddles on a thin, flexible plate, regardless of size, is not necessarily going to give it "***loads of sustain." It might help a little bit.

    "_? BASS, NOT ... ALEMBIC ..." Boy who'd'a thought? :D

Nothing tastier than a quilt top with a pick guard over it...........if it really is a quilt top and not that "photcopy" wood.

    "Inlay"?

    That's no inlay. It's a new definition of "bolt-on"!
