A couple years ago I never new of them til a fellow bassist showed me one he had .The Craftsmanship is the best I've had in my hands yet . They feel great and sound great .With the EMG electronics they have in their basses makes it very easy to tailor the sound to my liking and if I ever want to swap out pickups ,this setup makes it incredibly easy to do so .

 

Got a Lower Groove Bass I bought thats under the knife so to speak. Currently being made at Lower Groove Guitars.
It's an Hydra model with a Cherrywood body and a Zebrawood top . The neck is made of Goncalo Alves with Wenge fingerboard .

 

I've had this Hook model for a week now and it does not disappoint !! Sounds and feels great
The Body has a African exhibition grade Mahogany top and a Ambrosia/wormy maple with Purple Heart stripe back .
