    Hey all, super noob is here...lol. I always wanted to learn to playthe bass. I've owned one for several years, but never took the time to learn. So I finally came to the conclusion that I want to get serious about playing the bass and I'm ready to take that step. I hope to learn a lot here on Talkbass.

    Welcome, Andre! I have been playing bass for 24 years, and I still learn stuff all the time on Talkbass. Just a few minutes ago I had a question cleared up for me about wiring cabs in parallel vs. series. Just don't forget, the most important stuff you can learn is only accessible when you sign off and pick up that bass. And on that note, I'm starting to get that urge....
