This is clearly the pinnacle of human achievement. It's about time someone unseated Leo Fender's outdated knob-dependent design from the 50s.

Came here to see if there was a post about this yet. It looks very cool! I dig the 50’s Fender vibe with the white w/ gold anodized pick guard.

    But where's the no-pickguard version?

Wish I hadn't spent two minutes listening to the twerp on the right. Sure the bass is very nice.

    What a meme band!

A short scale bass tuned to C. Very interesting. I like the sound but no volume knob is such a hipster move.
Does it come with a silent plug cable or do I have to use a tuner pedal to mute between songs?

Meanwhile I found out that the regular Joe Dart bass also comes in Velvet Black and it's really beautiful.

The Leo Fender comments are offensive and annoying. their whole schtick is old. The joke is only funny to them.

no clue why eb would make a bass without a volume knob. I guess that’s the whole hey we’re vulf and we are quirky and edgy man vibe trying to be achieved. Quirky and edgy is only cool if you aren’t a dbag

  9. Gotta say, I like the no-knob look. Too unpractical for a lot of us though, I think.

Is this a limited run of just 50 ever? Or are they just doing a batch of 50 for the first release? It's not really clear.

I'll probably wait for the next iteration with no instrument jack. It's about time we got back to basics.

I guess it works for him, that gross farty thuddy floppy nasty sound. To each their own.

Two guys having fun. All these people in here who seem to get a rush of endorphins when they type out complaints on a message board. I bet Joe Dart is crying in his closet with all of these lawns he has to get off of. :roflmao::roflmao::roflmao:

I have always wanted a no knob bass; I would settle for one with a “silent” on/off switch, as there are times that you do need to instantly kill your signal.

I have two pickup settings: both on or bridge only. If it’s bridge only, it’s tone cap all the way on. I think I could design out a one-switch circuit. It would make sense for me. Probably not a lot of others.

Nice enough bass but I don’t like short scale basses, so not for me.

Don’t get the Vulf hatred but hey, do what you gotta do. I don’t like bananas, of all things. Most everyone seems to think they’re just great.
