You are #6920. Welcome!
Thank you very much!!
I absolutely love that color!!!
I am finally back in the p-bass fold! After trading this p-bass (plus some cash) for a G&L back around 1985...
...I finally grabbed another off CL a few weeks ago. Loaded it with flats and I'm thumping away! May I please join this fine fraternity?
The photo so nice, I liked it twice.
It's good to be a rock and roll animal in a world of pop-urine tests at the cubicle factory, carry on!
Thanks... it looks different every time I take a photo, but the color is quite beautiful. I need to do an official NBD post since I got the ashtrays installed, but life has been busy. Plus, you know, P bass, flats, and tort!
I’ve looked at that series and color a lot and find it really nice. If the one at my local GC was setup better, I’d probably own it too! Grats!
That Beauty oozes character. Would love to snag something like that. The stank is part of the Mojo
looking good, can you tell me the string spacing please
Looking good and I'm thinking of getting one, but can you tell me two things please, the nut width and the string spacing at the bridge ?
This particular bass is 1.65" wide at the nut. I'll have to measure at the bridge. Fender has made many neck sizes and profiles over the years. I actually like the larger ones better.
Yes, you may! Welcome back, sir. Your number is #6924.
Here are my Fender P Basses, a 2009 MIA and 2018 Player series. Both have been modified.
I love the combo of white body, black pickguard, maple fingerboard. Love it!!
Yeah.......I always wanted a white P Bass with a black pickguard. There is no option for a black pickguard on a polar white Player series P Bass just white,so I had to purchase the black pickguard separately. I think a Tort pickguard would look good on the polar white too!
I was never assigned a number!
"I am not a number I am a free Man"
It isn't really important my friend to be given a number!
I suspect all I am going to get from this group is amen, but I am still going to ask. Today, I played the new LPB P, pictured above, and it was amazing. I’ve never played just a P before— always P/J or “P-Like” basses. The tone was amazing... amazing! That, and it is just a joy to play. Is that just a good Ol P bass or is there something about the the 60’s mojo? NBD euphoria?
Whatever it is, it was amazing. P + flats + tort = amazing carrots!
Thats a bright white, Briton. And it looks awesome. I like the white pick guard that it comes with too.
Yeah it is very bright, more like Neon white and definetley brighter than the Olympic white that you only get with MIA models. Here is the before picture with the white pickguard.
