    Nice looking basses!
You've got two P-basses. Install the RW's on one and flats on the other.
That's the exact reason that I just ordered another P-bass (50's Precision) today (to install flats). I loved the flats on my Elite Precision but the RW's sound so good on it (especially when using the on-board pre). I figure the Elite P-bass wearing RW's and an all passive P-bass wearing a set of flats will give me the best of both worlds.:)

AVRI 62 P, honestly I like the feel and tone of the MIM P's better been debating on trying to trade or sell it.

1A4CA96D-EA4C-49B5-939C-84F837914837. Current setup I’m playing in my band. MIM Standard with a GZR EMG into a GK Plex, Boss ODB-3, MarkBass LM800, and Hartke 410xl. Strings are Dunlop nickels. Getting a really great brutal tone out of this.

The strings are DR Black Beauties. All my other basses have either Thomastik-Infeld Jazz flats or LaBella black tapewound. It took a couple nights to get used to the feel of these but I have grown to like them, and I will probably replace them with the same when the time comes. We’ll see.

I'm actually not sure. I do know that it's a 2012 MIA and that I added the chrome covers myself. I'm not well versed in how to tell one model P from another.

Probably an American Standard similar to mine with the Custom Shop 62 pup! Mine is a 2014 that I picked up NOS earlier in the year - if yours is anything like mine, it's a fantastic instrument!

You ever been walking down the street, minding your own business and a 59 PBass up and follows you home?

    Happened to me...

Sorry to clutter y’alls thread, but I had to do a family portrait. The 59 has flats and the 58 has rounds - that should cover anything I need to do...

I was told it was called Pepperoni. I think it may be from the 60’s but I am not sure.

Last night’s gig. Love my CIJ Sting Precision. 93F67B2E-5976-4DEF-9625-7F57AC495935.

    Top to bottom:

    1) 2019 "Shoreline Gold" custom built parts Precision (first bass I ever put together)
    2) 1962 Black refinish Precision- New headstock logo (3rd Owner)
    3) 1971 Sunburst Precision- All Original
    4) 1997/2012 White "American Standard" Precision- neck is from a black 1997 American Standard, body is from a 2012 American Standard. I swapped the pickups for SD Quarter Pounders (never liked the original 2012 pickups). This is my gigging bass.

Also have a lake placid blue custom build but it's apart at the moment.

Would love to add more vintage P's to my stable someday, but I'm very happy with the two I have now. I keep the vintage ones with flats and the newer ones with rounds.

Over the years I have tried many brands/models but always end up with Precisions. They feel the most comfortable in my hands and sound the best in a band setting to my ears. Very happy with the options I have now.
