{} {} NBD. I can't resist old worn out instruments that need a good home and some TLC. So here's my 1976 Musicmaster. All original, except for the input jack that was drilled out on the bottom of the bass. Can I be a member of the Short Scale Club?
{} Very cool. Here's my tele bass. I've since parted it out, but I should have saved the body and put a short scale neck on it. I just didn't know how great A SS could be back then! Looking forward to seeing you progress.
I used to have a musicmaster, so wish i still had that bass especially seeing how the price has shot up over the years, funny to think they were originally intended as a low cost alternative to the P and Jazz basses, great basses none the less

In your first pic, there are two black things, on either side of the neck halfway up. Is it part of your bass stand? At first look I thought it was part of your bass. I see now that it might be a strap or part of a stand. I'm just a curious guy
