I figured it was time to post my stable now that I have some new ones in the mix:

'99 MiA Jazz - My newest, but also my oldest. White blonde over ash, completely stock.

MiM Geddy Lee Jazz, completely stock except for the pick guard and Hipshot xtender.

Nate Mendel Precision - I replaced the bridge with a vintage fender bridge, and the pickup is a PV '63. Also has a Hipshot xtender.

MiM Precision Deluxe Special Edition - Swapped out the white pickguard for a black one, and has a Hipshot. Other than that, stock.

MiA Performer Jazz. Stock except for Hipshot.

And last, the Frankenfender Jazz - Neck from a '95 MiM Jazz, body is a fairly new Fender Jazz body, Fender original pickups, BAII bridge from the Nate Mendel P.

  2. Decided to reuse a Jazz neck I had on another bass and picked up a Player Series body. She has a set of worn in flats, Fender Original Jazz bass pickups, Fender pots and cloth wiring, and some Gotoh Vintage tuners. Slapped on a red tort pickguard and some black top hat knobs and she's a beast. running a Hughes & Kettner Tubemeister 5 for a nice fuzz type distortion and the added convenience of DI out for recording. normally use a TC Electronics BAM200 head. 3. Can’t really see myself buying more basses. I’m quite content with the ones I have. I just need a nicer rig! Currently playing through a Rumble 40 or directly through my interface using Helix Native. I’ll be honest though, I’ll probably only get a new rig for the look of it in my office haha :p

    I’ve got a 2014 StingRay with flats, 2019 StingRay Special and a 2018 Classic 50s P Bass.

It’s the 3 way position switch for the transformer nestled under the pickguard

Huh not familiar with transformers in guitar wiring... is that like a tone selector with diff cap values?

I put a set of Epiphone Jack Casady pickups with all corresponding electronics in the Musicmaster. Yeah transformers aren’t common, but the sounds are freakin awesome this is a killer bass all around

I actually have no idea. I have never needed to know what it is on any bass i have ever owned. But those three all feel the same, comfortable.

Would love to see a pic of the entire bass. I'm a MM fan. Is this a Squier Vista model? It looks like a 4-saddle bridge is why I ask.
