Congratulations to all the members of this club as we reach our over 2,000 post since the inauguration of the club, high five to the founder ronaldpdbrant and to his successor MEKer for their works, vision and generosity to had maintain this club alive and well.
Rock on part 3
I am proud to have a foot in the door!
So here is the Washburn contingent. I hesitate to call it a collection because they all still see stage time. Collection sounds like something you keep around but don't use!
Family Picture time -
You know I never really noticed that my B-40 (1978) has nearly the same body style as my Force ABT (2000)
Nice looking family!
yours as well
WOW! Part 3, huh! Well, if I win the lottery I will foot the bill for the whole thing and bring all members together for a party. We'll hold it at......uh........Heisenberg's place in Germany or Randy Washburn's backyard.
Later on I'll transfer the membership list over here.
PS: remember iriegnome's Scavenger is the old WIZARD bass IIRC!
I'm telling ya this is THE place to be on TB.
Hey MEK, WIZARD bass?? I must have missed something
Was it not you who bought the red Scavenger with the wizard painting on the back of it off eBay, I think maybe mid-year of last year, and then did a paint job on it and got rid of the painting? Hmmmm...??? WHO was that, dang it.
Just your foot...? <snicker> <HAD to say it..lol>
I had to let the SB-40 on ebay go. Someone sniped me and out bid me with 4 seconds left. I just didn't want to go higher
Holy crap!!! I see ten cases stacked, but only four basses. What else ya got in there ,mister??? Thanks,
Good evening MEKer,
It was not iriegnome but Wagz who bought the Wizard Scavenger bass and strip it down to make a refinish. I am not sure that he still get this bass, I remember that he listed it in the TB sale thread.
You're all welcome to come here anytime you're in Northern California. BYOW. Lovely family shot, btw.
Is anyone going to bid on the B-20-8 String? I'm gonna snipe it if possible. Owner thinks he's gonna get $1,000+. Ain't gonna happen.
Thank you for the reminder, SP_EB4L!
