    I'm playing in any combination:

    EA IAMP350 or Epifani UL502
    Bag End S15XD, S15D and/or S18D

I have spent many hours and lots of money perfecting my gear and the sound I want(including my instruments). My main gig is a band with 3 singers and 4 horns along with guitar, keyboard and drums.

Some may have disagreements with my choices of gear but that is unimportant, this equipment is certainly superior to rigs I've played in the past.

I am starting to wonder how much of the clarity, articulation or other catch phrases some around here use "punchiness / bottom end", is really coming threw to the listener or even myself in the real life setting.

I also find different combos better for different rooms the 18 is great in a dead room, while the coaxial 15 is best in a big open wharehouse type room, the 18 is superior outside and none are good for slap style in a real "bassy" room, but are killer in a packed house with low ceilings and carpeted walls.

There were simpler times! Any other things you can share of your experiences would be helpful.
