    Man, I bought my oldest daughter a swimsuit for her vacation and now I have nothing but bikini ads all over my talkbass.:woot:

    Glad i didn't shop for the home colonoscopy kit I've been thinking about :D

    I still do ,just banners at the top and bottom of every page, but not intertwined in threads

    A very handsome local political-type used to be lead singer and bassist for a metal band.

    He's running in the next election and his banner ad first showed up at the top of the "best look for bassists" thread.

    I guess you'd have to be here...

    I prefer the targeted ads. They remind me to buy stuff I may have forgotten about after getting caught up in life stuff. Better than random ads.

    Browser adblocking extension is a God sent. I use either Ublock Origin or Adblocker Ultimate. Both are really good and can be used in Edge, Firefox and Chrome.
