    The sticker is still on my pickguard too, but the pickguard is in the parts bin.

  19. Has Rickenbacker varied the thickness of the poly on the fingerboard over the years? I could swear that when I first picked up a 4003 about 8 or 9 years ago the poly coating on the fretboard seemed to be about even with the fret height, but on my 2021 4003 it's reasonably thin.
     
  20. I think Ricks are sprayed by hand, rather than a robot, so naturally, there is going to be some variance :)
