I made the pilgramige to Roger's spot. Nino led me into the worship room and allowed me to pray til my heart was content! Man, I don't know how Nino does ANY work! GREAT basses and and a cool jazzbox Roger made. Roger, of course was beyond cool, but the little dog runs the place. She IS Sadowsky Guitars! Thanks for the welcome Nino. Also, I'd heard rumors about the Sad Tokyo having noisy p'ups, trust me, you'll get over it. It's not as bad as you've heard. The bass sounds great.

    HI!

I was at the shop about a month ago. I agree with you about the Sadowsky Tokyo models. I played a natural colored 4 string that I loved!

It was a pleasure to meet you & your son.

Not for nothing, your playing was equally as excellent as the basses themselves!!!!! <img src="http://www.talkbass.com/forum/images/icons/icon14.gif"> Some of that slapping/popping was unlike anything I've ever hear or seen.

Here is a pic of the Jim Hall Guitar:

  7. I was in Brooklyn on Sunday. Right after we walked across the bridge, my wife and I and our friends got caught in a downpour so we grabbed a cab back to Manhattan. We get in the cab and start moving, and I look out the window and see the sign: Jay Street. D'oh! Next time, for sure.
