    Oy. Here we go again.

    One of my best friends is a guitar player who plays Fender Strats. I am all too familiar with their tone.

    The guitar in this video simply sounds like a Strat. It's made of cardboard.

    I'm not saying wood doesn't matter at all. I'm just saying one can make convincing arguments for either side.

    So why do we have the arguments so often? We're not going to convert anyone.

    Playing single note lead lines on a guitar with that much gain/compression doesnt necessarily prove that wood doesnt affect tone :D
