pretty damn good if your strap is low.

  3. just make sure you have a lot of room to work with and make sure your strap is to your liking and that it won't hurt you in the process and make sure that the strap is secure.

  4. i guess strap locks are the only way to go, maybe i'll practice with my friends bass...

I actually take the strap off of me when I stick the bass back there.

Best part to do it is during breaks in the songs. I always do it during the breaks in "Pride and Joy".

i did that to my spector and the strap broke while i was doing it. Well it messed up my neck kinda bad so be careful when u do it. It was ok in the end, but practice on a less expesive bass than a spector.

What I want to know is, how do you do it with a cable attached to it?

I wouldn't do it, not necessarily because I am afraid to (although at present time, I only have one bass and if I bust it, I'm screwed), but because Tobin from Papa Zit does it.

I'd probally nail my guitarist in his head if I tried, or watch the strap break and go sailing back stage hearing a "Who the f*** threw that?!?!"

I don't do it because it seems hard to play and do that at the same time, and i'd rather play.

  17. wait. you mean you're not supposed to hit the guitarist in the process?

Your not meant to hit the guitarist but if you do it makes for a good show!

And about the bass swinging...Someone has been watching the new Sum 41 film clip toooo much

  19. yeah, haha, thats where i saw it...
oh well, i don't think i've been watching it too much?
i just want to do it, impress people, maybe then i'll get some friends
