Hey! I just finished a project bass, and I'm so proud of it I had to post. :hyper:

It's a Fender Stu Hamm Standard (MIM)-- I like 32" scale. I removed the passive J pup's, replacing them with Fender Noiseless J's and (after a very careful shielding job/star grounding) added an Aguilar OBP-1. The strings are TI Jazz Flats (of course!). Hardware: Gotoh bridge; Schaller tuners; Gotoh strap locks (installed after the pics were taken). I added an EMG stacked pot (thanks Mike Lull!) for BT control but still need to get chrome concentric knobs to match-- the black knobs will have to do for a few days...

The verdict-- very beefy tone! Growls like a [insert favorite expletive here]! :D

Completely quiet too, due to the PUPs, OBP, and shielding.
