    My 1967 EB-3, bought NOS in 1972:

    All original except for a refret job in the mid 80s -- oh, and the stripped finish. :rollno: Doesn't get as much playing now since I go the GL Jazz, and I'm almost afraid to take it to a gig, if y'know what I mean. :ninja:

    I have a 1965 Klira 661 "Texas". My father bought it used for 35 Danish Kroner (6-7$) back in about 1975. He plays guitar and not bass, so I got it from him a couple of years ago. It sounds a bit like a Höfner 500, but this bass has only four equalize-settings: B-, T+ B-, T+ B+ and T-.

    Hmm... funny, but not. Willow came out in 1988. Slight difference from the 1964 Hofner. Know your 80's movies. :ninja:

    Only own one vintage bass these days, but I kinda like it - it's a '59 P-bass serial number 37388. Neck and hardware are completely original, but the body has a 30 year old nitro 2 tone sunburst refinish that's darkened with age.

    I have a few a 1978 Rickenbacker 4001, Alembic Series I LS 1980, Alembic epic 5 string 1994, G&L L2000 1983, are the best ones... looking for an old Fender P pre CBS
