I'm about to graduate college, at long last. My parents asked me what I want for graduation, and I jokingly responded that I wanted a Sterling. Well my dad basically told me that they got me one. He's not gonna tell me the specifics, or let me see/have it until I actually graduate in a week and a half, but he mentioned that it's the limited edition, and he slipped up, and kind of aluded to it being black, so it may very well be one of the 150 Black Onyx Sterlings. The wait is going to kill me.

That is flat out the clearest case of child abuse I ever heard. Your father should be locked up.

It's only abuse if they don't give him a bass after all.

Thats great. My parents are such a huge part of my music and i love and respect them for it. My dad paid for half of my kubicki which his share alone could have been a nice bass :smug:
  6. Im the only music person in my family, and they want me to be sporty, i guess the closest thing I could get to a bass of them would be a cricket bat...

Anyway, congrats man, your parents rock!
