    I love women because:

They always seem to be much more organized than I am.
They have more compassion than most men I know.
They remember where they put things.
They don't resort to violence as quickly as men usually do.
    They're very soft.
    They usually smell nice.
They offer a perspective that is very different from mine.
They bear the children of the world.
Their voices are soft and sooth my spirit.
Their naked bodies feel absolutely wonderful against mine.
They often think more logically than me.
    They inspire.
    They support.
    They motivate.
    They're great to look at.
    They can be unstoppable.
    They often achieve the impossible.

I could go on and on. There are soooo many wonderful things about women. "I love women, I think they're great." -Lou Reed

The best thing about women, and why I love them...

    They're not men.

  3. Very nice post Joe. I had my fiancee visit me this past week, and everything you said is very true. Sadly, makes me miss her much more.

I have seen a few very good women drummers. My sister use to play drums and she was really good, but a lack of time [life] and a space to practice in for a long time got in the way. Now she has the space and a good kit, but she also acquired five stepchildren [four girls and a boy], so the time thing........... but at least two of the girls are interested in drumming so there is that :p

This morning I dreamed I followed
Widely spaced bells, ringing in the wind,
And climbed through mists to rosy clouds.
    I realized my destined affinity
With An Ch'i-sheng the ancient sage.
    I met unexpectedly O Lu-hua
    The heavenly maiden.

Together we saw lotus roots as big as boats.
Together we ate jujubes as huge as melons.
We were the guests of those on swaying lotus seats.
    They spoke in splendid language,
    Full of subtle meanings.
The argued with sharp words over paradoxes.
We drank tea brewed on living fire.

Although this might not help the Emperor to govern,
    It is endless happiness.
The life of men could be like this.

To tell you the truth, I think everything about them is great.

  19. You like the PMS?
You like the "does this make my ass look big?"
You like the "Not tonight, honey, I have a headache." ?

I could go on, but I'm tired and bitchy.
