    I believe Philadelphia is a city of destiny this year, and it's all thanks to a different city.

    1. The Phillies beat Tampa Bay to win the World Series
    2. The only way the Eagles could be in the playoffs is if Tampa Bay lost, which they did
    3. The location for the Super Bowl this year? That's right... Tampa Bay

    Yeah, but if Philly wins, they gotta go to Charlotte and play the Panthers...that won't be easy...

    ...if the Giants don't wake up soon, it may be a Pitt/Car SB...

    they're a good team no doubt... and they're not gonna have much competition from the cards this weekend. even still, i think whatever team wins the eagles/giants game goes to the superbowl.

    oh please... i'm a bass player.. not insane.

Hence, for what it's worth, I hope we could keep this conversation in the coincidences that seem to happen a certain number of times, and not sidetrack to things like baseball in general, like everyone else seems to have done :spit: :D

    I don't foresee Philly beating the Eagles at home. Hence the power of 3 to be broken. Now if they had to play Tampa to advance in the playoff pic then there might be more validity to this.

    i don't think ANYONE picked the dolphins to win the afc east, so if they can do that, you better believe anything is possible.
