Thinking about an acoustic bass.

    What is a good Acoustic bass around $300.00 to $400.00. Will it take more money to get a quality sound?

    Look for a used Kramer Ferrington bass or a used Washburn AB20.

    Those are the gigworthy ones in that price range, AFAIK.

    man, one thing you gotta learn, is 99.99999998999998% of time, more money means more quality. oh yea, anothe thing, its a bit hard to fing anything good below 500.

    Yeah, definately in the acoustic bass world. Unlike other axes, where you can find a player for $300+, acoustic basses that don't sound like the strings are always dead are hard to come by for that price.

    But that Washburn almost looks playable. Hmm...
